For constitutional County Court criminal, civil, juvenile, probate, or mental-health categories, contact County Clerk Liz Chapman at 200 S Nelson, Suite 3, Fort Stockton, TX 79735, phone (432) 336-7555, fax (432) 336-7557, or liz.chapman@co.pecos.tx.us. The clerk’s policy lists civil and probate self-search hours as Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Call before visiting.
